MEAT IN ITS OWN BROTH

Our delicious meat in its own broth is a dish representative of Mexican cuisine. Originally from Guadalajara its fame has spread to West North-Central Mexico. It is a delicious stew of beef sliced and roasted in its own broth, served with beans from the pot and accompanied by previously crispy bacon. A dish that will seduce your palate!

CHARBROILED MEAT

You will simply be fascinated; to your preference. It is served with a side salad and do not forget to accompany it with a glass of red wine!

JERICALLA

Jericalla is a very traditional Mexican dessert. It is originally from Guadalajara and is prepared with an egg, milk and sugar base with a touch of cinnamon and vanilla.

MOLCAJETE

One of the dishes that our diners love is the delicious Molcajete, in which everything that fascinates them comes, shrimp and flank steak along with a delicious sauce and gratin cheese. The perfect combination served in a traditional Mayan solid clay sauce bowl!

GUACAMOLE

Guacamoles is an avocado-based dip, spread, or salad first developed by the Aztecs in what is now Mexico. It is used in modern Mexican cuisine, and is prepared by mashing ripe avocados, onions, chili, tomato and cilantro (coriander) with a molcajete.
